[GCP] Publish Nextflow pipeline on platform deployment

Background Six supported Nextflow pipelines shall be incorporated into installation routine.

Approach The following pipelines shall be added as pipe templates to workflows/pipe-demo/nextflow folder and be deployed during standard platform deployment routine:

  • Sarek
  • MethylSeq
  • scRNASeq
  • RNASeq
  • Protein Folding
  • Active Learning
