Launch form for rerun: Descriptions of Cluster System parameters remain in the System parameters section after reconfiguring Cluster.

To Reproduce

1. Launch run with cluster
2. Stop run.
3. Rerun stopped run

Result: Launch form opens. Cluster parameters are shown in the System parameters section

4. Click Configure cluster button and configure cluster with any parameters

Actual results: Cluster parameters disappear from the System parameters section but their descriptions remains.

Expected results:

• Cluster parameters shouldn't shown in the System parameters section at rerun
• Descriptions shouldn't be shown without parameters
