CloudPipeline shall not show not restored files as restored

Describe the bug Currently, not restored files shown as restored if folder with the same name restored and Show archive files switched on.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to cloud storage (e.g. s3://<bucket name>)
  2. Add folder TEST-NAME and move it to archive
  3. Add file TEST-NAME and move it to archive
  4. Restore folder TEST-NAME
  5. Enable Show archive files

Expected behavior File TEST-NAME shall not be marked as restored, no message Restored till ... shall be shown for file and no options to download or modify file shall be clickable for user.

Additional notes Note1: files with common prefixes with restored folder shown correctly (issue with exact name match only). Note2: files listing with disable Show archive files shown correctly.
