Background

Currently, pipe storage mount command allows to mount object storages and WebDAV servers as local directories. In certain scenarios, it may be helpful to also serve local directories as webdav servers so other processes can mount such exposed directories remotely.

Approach

Add support for WebDAV server in pipe.
