[HCS Analysis] Output properties for Spots object at case of "None" parent object in FindSpots module

In the HCS Analysis FindSpots module can have None value for Parent object. However certain the spot search region (e.g. cell) where the particular spot is located is needed for output Properties Region Intensity and Spot To Region Intensity for Spots.

As result, Analysis results aren't returned for all output properties at case of Region Intensity or Spot To Region Intensity properties (or All properties option) are added for Spots to Define results.

It would be helpful to remove Region Intensity or Spot To Region Intensity from output properties list at case of "None" parent object selected for FindSpots module.
