Support scheduled local files deletion in DTS

Background

Currently Data Transfer Service allows to list local files and transfer local files to/from cloud data storages. Nevertheless in certain scenarios local files deletion may be also helpful. For example a user may want to download some temporary local files which will be deleted automatically after some configured timeout.

Approach

Data Transfer Service shall support scheduled local files deletion.
