This PR is related to issue #1348.

  • Credentials for GCP regions are storing in k8s secret
  • cp-billing-srv deployment config is updated, so region secrets are available via mount.
  • GcpStoragePriceListLoader trying to pull those credentials to use them for storage price list refresh
