add "Use" option on rigjt click menu on saved prompts

Description

When you right click on a saved prompt there is contextual menu that opens. There are options to manipulate the prompt, but to use it. Will be nice if we can have an extra option in the menu like "Use this" so when you select, is added to the prompt.

Use case/motivation

It was requested directly from a client. It is easier for them than rather wirte in the prompt the / bar and go through the list
