[App] Error 403 during dragging image

Description

When User tries to drag an image (or does it by accident), his action causes a 403 error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open For Designers -> Getting Started
2. Try to drag any image from this page

Actual result

Error 403 appears.

Expected result

User can drag and drop any image without error appearing

Environment

• UUI version: 4.7.1
• Browser name: Chrome 103.0.5060.114; FF 103.0.5060.114, Safari 15.5 (16613.2.7.1.9, 16613)
• Operating System: Win 10 Pro, MacOs 11.6.7 (20G630)
