Case #1

Description

Panel with icon details jumps up after searching

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Assets - Icons page.
2. Сlick on any suggested icon to display details about it.
3. In the search field, enter the name of the element whose search returns a result with a number less than 6 (for example, search, flash, etc.).

Actual result

Panel with icon details jumps up

Expected result

Distance between the header and the details panel does not change

Case #2

Description

Incorrect link in the "Request an Icon" button on the "Assets" -> "Icons" page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Assets - Icons page.
2. Type any text in the Search field that doesn't match with existing icon names.
3. Click on "Request an icon" button.

System opens incorrect link
