[RTE] There is no possibility to replace a link in a hyperlink without first deleting it

Description

User cannot change the attached link in the hyperlink without first deleting it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open RTE component
2. Type any text.
3. Select the entered text from step 2.
4. Click on "Attach a link" icon.
5. Paste a link from site №1 (e.g. https://www.epam.com/).
6. Switch to "View mode".
7. Verify that link is work correct.
8. Switch to "Edit mode".
9. Select the entered text from step 2.
10. Click on "Attach a link" icon.
11. Paste a link from site №2 (e.g. https://github.com/epam/UUI).
12. Switch to "View mode".
13. Click on the link.

Actual Result

System opens link to site №1.
