[RTE] Long links don't transfer across multiple lines

Description

System doesn't transfer long links to new lines.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open RTE component
2. Go to "Table" section.
3. Make the column width smaller than the word length.
4. Attach any link as a hyperlink to the word.

Actual Result

The system places a word with a hyperlink on one line.
