DataTableRow - extend clickable area for Checkbox and Folding

Description

DataTableRow can have checkbox and folding arrows. When a row has only one action (either folding or selecting), we trigger them on clicking anywhere in the row. However, if there are both, or even there's a user-defined click, user needs to click into folding arrows and checkboxes directly. Currently, it's easy to miss these clicks, as these controls are small.

Extend clickable areas as much as we can fit:
