'Clean Up' action doesn't work for the distorted R-Group members

Affected versions: Remote, Standalone

Steps to reproduce:

1. Execute '/v2/indigo/clean' with the following parameters: struct ketcher_cleanup.zip selected: [3, 4, 5]

Expected result: Structure is cleaned. Actual result: Structure remains distorted.

1. The issue is still reproducible if apply Clean Up action for part of structure (select part of structure and click Clean Up)

Actual result: Error message IndigoException: array: invalid index 1 (size=0)

2. Also The action does not work for chain structure if it is distorted in several places Steps to reproduce:
