Background

Issue on Ketchers side.

Requirements

  1. Adenine, and all bases and nucleotides with the natural analogue A, should have their colour changed to [TBD1].

  2. Cytosine, and all bases and nucleotides with the natural analogue C, should have their colour changed to [TBD2].

  3. Guanine, and all bases and nucleotides with the natural analogue G, should have their colour changed to [TBD3].

  4. Thymine, and all bases and nucleotides with the natural analogue T, should have their colour changed to [TBD4].

  5. Uracil, and all bases and nucleotides with the natural analogue U, should have their colour changed to [TBD5].

  6. All bases and nucleotides with the natural analogue X, should have their shade of gray changed to [TBD6].
