Arrow is added to Canvas from empty RXN V2000, V3000 files

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add arrow to Canvas and save to RXN: image

  2. Open the saved RXN file

Actual behavior Arrow is added to Canvas: image

Expected behavior Canvas is still empty

Environment details:

  • Ketcher [Version 2.24.0-rc.3] Build at 2024-08-20; 13:16:59
  • Indigo Version 1.23.0-rc.2.0-g6a2a7526a-wasm32-wasm-clang-19.0.0
  • OS: Windows 11 Enterprise
  • Browser: Chrome, Version 127.0.6533.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
