Describe the bug Aromatizing doesn't work for Cytosine, Thymine and Uracil

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load from file: Aromatizing doesn't work for Cytosine, Thymine and Uracil.zip (unzip first)
2. Press Aromatize button (Alt+A)

Actual behavior Nothing happens

Expected behavior Cytosine, Thymine and Uracil become aromatized
