Dedicated dialog for inputLag + refresh rate info/diagnosis

Since modern displays have many modes and features with gaming in mind. A nice enhancement is a dedicated dialog that helps to diagnose issues and how exactly the display is responding.

Further it would be nice to inspired by HardwareUnboxed , HardwareBusters and ApertureGrille.com add metrics like CumulativeDeviation, gamma-corrected responseTime (deprecate 90/10% signal testing) and A/B testing like Latency Split.
