Hotword Smart Mirrror or Snowboy not being detected

Hotwords Snowboy and Smart Mirror are not being detected. I followed all the instructions as per the Wiki and Readme. Aplay commands works fine but the hotword is not being detected.

How to check what is the issue?

did you edit your ~/.asoundrc file to reflect which sound input/output cards to use?

I check all my stuff and I'm still in the same boat..having the same problem..mic and everything works fine but no detection when saying hotwords.

i have same problem. open record debug record is running but cant hotword detect

My issue was that some of my module paths were wrong.. double check your config
