What happened

在调用某个智能体执行任务时，若发生错误LLM进行重试的时候，会检索最新的观察信息（most recent observation）,但是信息中不包括错误原因？比如说某个字段不存在与某张表内。如果是这样LLM根据什么进行修正呢，导致每次都会生成一样的错误结果
