"Donate" screen is overloaded with content

The Dialog for donations is overloaded showing content that doesn't belong specifically to a donation, instead, belong to buy offer.

Stepst to test:

1. Sign in as Donor
2. Click DONATE button (right bottom)
3. Send token section
