Describe the bug Tried to vote the fee on EOSWAX and EOSVIG with input "1" and received an error

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Vote the Fee
  2. Click on EOSWAX
  3. Input "1"
  4. See error

Expected behavior Vote the fee for pool EOSWAX or EOSVIG
