Add guide for installing & running on macOS

I went through some pain installing & running on macOS. Will add PR with guide.

The recommended way to install on macOS is via Docker.

That's very poor usability if limited to Docker. We have macOS & Windows for a reason. Plus, I also got things working on macOS, no so reason constraining to Linux/Docker only.
