[FEATURE] Web-app UI for backtesting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Allow non-technical people (non-coders) to backtest their library. Imagine a person who feels opening a terminal feels like hacking the NSA.

Describe the solution you'd like A web-app (maybe flask?) interface to the fastquant library. They will just run a script, this will setup everything that may include

• environment (docker,python, conda)
• run the webapp server
• open the UI in the browser

Describe alternatives you've considered A jupyter notebook? (

Additional context This is a big-shot project!! Just posting this for future projects
