Option to treat source file ending as part of filename

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. File name conflicts and uncertainty about the source of a transcoded file can emerge when processing source files with the same filename but different filename extensions. In which case the uncertainty about the source of a transcoded file cannot be solved by the existing feature that appends numbers to otherwise identical filename.

Describe the solution you'd like Transcoding three files asdf.flac asdf.m4a asdf.opus to .flac would normally be rather problematic, but with the proposed option enabled it would result in asdf.flac.flac asdf.m4a.flac asdf.opus.flac
