Update Corsican translation on March 2024

Hello,

This is an update of Corsican localization to take into account the following commit:

  • https://github.com/enzo1982/freac/commit/be748416c35ede518d9e343f89b2d7601397f6f1 Add support for setting a frequency ratio for pitch adjustment in Rubberband.

Merged to master. Thank you so much and sorry for the delay! I just didn't have much time to spend working on fre:ac lately, but I'm working towards a 1.1.8 release now.
