Splitter tool does not work as expected

This tool doesn't work as I would expect. I load a .cue and can instantly see all the individual tracks in freac. I have not found any settings that will split the tracks so that each is an individual file. Any idea how to do it?

The general settings 'encode to single file' is not selected. But on encode I always get a single file along with a new .cue and a new .m3u8 file.

In the splitter tool for some reason it shows all the tracks on the left, but on the right it only shows a few of them. I have not found any settings that will simply split the .flac file into the tracks as clearly indicated by the .cue file.

What am I missing?
