Edit tags in files without decoding-encoding files themselves

When i wand to just change some tag in a file (like Artist, Title, Album and so on) i need to decode-encode the file. But it would be great if i could do it directly, without decoding-encoding file itself. I don't know maybe it's already is posible to do that this way but i didn't get how to do it.

I'd like any solution.

This is possible in the tag editor ("Tags" tab). Select the "Files" tab there and navigate to the folder containing the files you would like to change.

Certainly not the most comfortable method, but it should work. I have plans for improving this in future updates. There will be an option to update tags of files loaded into the joblist and the tag editor will navigate to the respective folder when a file or folder is dropped on the "Files" tab. These changes will not come with 1.1.3, but maybe 1 or 2 updates later.
