Create a 'daily build' image tag

For devel/testing of latest features. Maybe Docker Hub's Automated Builds might be of help.

Docker Hub is incapable of building dynamic images. I am not against building a master template though, and fixing Travis-CI to rebuild the image, or moving to Github Actions, I just have to get around to doing it, I'll take a stab at it this week!

@envygeeks: Since Jekyll 4.1 is hot off the press, I've come back here and, rereading your answer, I'm not sure what do you mean by "dynamic images". What comes to my mind is, an AB from the newly pushed tag "4.1", which is feasible using DH, indeed. But I'm not sure about what you meant.
