Add an Enterprise or Support section to the documentation site

Description: Add an Enterprise or Support section to the documentation site, similar to other CNCF projects like Fluentd, Cilium and OPA.

The purpose of the section is to help adopters who want to get Enterprise support and/or training for Envoy Gateway. If listed on this section of the Envoy Gateway docs, it should be made clear if the vendor is providing support for 100% upstream version of EG.

@missBerg Your idea of introducing an Enterprise section is excellent. I can work on this if someone provides a complete list of our adopters, so I can ensure the section is comprehensive and accurate.
