ThemeCheck warning (shell_exec)

Hi, ThemeCheck says my theme has the error as follows:

WARNING: Found shell_exec in the file plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit/includes/class-envato-backup.php. PHP sytem calls should be disabled by server admins anyway!.

I have done googling so many times, but only a few questions about this was founded and there was no answer for that. How can I fix it?

Why is theme check being ran on a plugin?

Hi, ThemeCheck also describes about uploaded plugins on the server automatically. Can I ignore the messages on a plugin?
