There is BIG issue with this plugin

I have try to install this on 3 of my sites with the latest 4.1.1. wordpress.

with the installation of this plugin, it deleted all the other plugins and can not recover them.

Please check in to this and update the plugin with the latest version @github

How can this plugin be deleting all your other plugins? It does not have that capability coded into it. Please provide a lot more information. There is no way to troubleshoot something that I cannot reproduce and without any inclination of plugin, PHP, version etc.
