Restoring DataBase

Hi. I have reset my wordpress database and Need to Restore it with My Envato wordpress toolkit Backup! I can not find any instuctions on how to Restore the Database With The Envato Backup That was made When I updated my Theme. Can you help Please

It's not a backup of the database it only a backup of the theme.
