Update Problem!

Envato Wordpress Toolkit dosen’t work. I can’t auto update. Please help.

My theme update function is also not working.

I have the same problem. Envato Toolkit is installed, and the API key has been set. I am running the Bridge theme. The problem is that the Bridge theme has been updated several times by the theme developer, but Envato Toolkit does not offer an update option.

Interestingly, this may be dependent upon the web host. On three different web hosts, Envato Toolkit only works on one of them:

  1. WP Engine - works
  2. Media Temple - does not work
  3. GoDaddy - does not work

On all three web hosts, I am running the Bridge theme. So the plugin only recognizes that a theme update is available when hosted at WP Engine.

You really should add some more information, like error messages.

There are no error messages. The plugin simply does not show that a theme update is available, and thus I cannot update the theme.
