Feature request - Transfer availability

@bleepsandblops Could you please elaborate a bit more on your use case? Are you using the Stripe Connect feature?

Hey @andrelopez , yes using Connect: if the commission payment is set to checkout, then the connect transfers don't go through because the money isn't 'available' yet in Stripe.

With that option it does the transfer and then Stripe holds it on the vendor's account instead of ours, so it appears in the vendor balances etc. Otherwise we have to wait for the money to become 'available' in our account, and then do the transfer manually - not ideal.
