Same commits as this PR (https://github.com/entropicalabs/entropica_qaoa/pull/1). Just closed it and re-creating it to check if Netlify issues have been fixed.

Hey @jlbosse,

Thanks for the feedback. I've made the changes as requested. Looking at the parameters module again, I think there are a few more loops that could be replaced with faster numpy equivalents, but I'll leave that for a separate PR.
