最新版2.1.0，创建后就显示一个白色的框，无任何反应，无报错，demo里example运行也是同样的白色的框

如果在 onLoad: (web){ web.reload(); },执行就会一直刷新，能显示，但是一直闪屏，不确定是否跟环境有关系，执行flutter doctor正常，plist里面也添加了io.flutter.embedded_views_preview YES，系统是10.15.6， 所有机型都是白框
