  • added consistent conversion of single to double in qkerr_schild metric (otherwise fails on architectures which do not support double precision floating point ops).

@LudwigBoess I renamed the Blinne coefficients for clarity (adding an underscore), and also added a detailed description to each one of them in the input.example.toml. See if you agree.
