Updates to the field solver

This PR collects the updates to the field solver implemented by @vanthieg based on Blinne et al. (2018)

As discussed on Slack the tests look good!

This is the time evolution of the Bz component and temperature of a plasma drifting with gamma=10 (blue is the current entity default and orange is Blinne) : time_evolution

And a visualisation of Bz and the absolute value of its fourier transform (real and imaginary part): fft_00723551

Retested with all updates from 1.2.0 and results are virtually identical. So I'm merging this into 1.3.0rc
