Remove deprecated "typecode" parameter to Array and CArray

The 'typecode' parameter to Array and CArray is long deprecated. We should remove it (but not until Traits 7.0).

To do: check for uses of this keyword in other ETS projects (particularly Mayavi) first.

A quick grep through the ETS sources didn't find any uses of this parameter outside Traits itself.
