Hey I want to contribute to this project but it is asking for credential when I enter, is there any test admin or test account or I need to create new account for contribution purpose

I wanted to contribute to Ente on this issue but I am unable to create account on the web app. I never get the verification code on my mail for creating the account! Any leads on how I can create my account on Ente and contribute to this project?
