ente-cli does not export video component of iOS live photo

Description

I regularly use the ente cli tool to export my photos from the Ente service. However, I notice that when the ente cli tool exports iOS live photos, only the picture component is exported, the video component is not. I would expect two files to be exported for iOS live photos, such as IMG_123.HEIC and a sibling IMG_123.MP4.
