Update ``web3.py`` examples across documentation

I noticed some examples for web3.py were not up-to-date. I tried to check against all examples and did my best to update them as per web3.py >= v6.0.0.

@lucemans I re-structured my original PR to reflect against the docs refactor. Should be ready for a review. Not sure how your svg / icon management works but we can submit one as well where appropriate.
