MinGW port

A first attempt to compile with make i386 gives unrecognized option --noexecstack'`. After commenting that lines from the Makefile, the next one says :

i386/start.S: Assembler messages:
i386/start.S:66: Warning: .size pseudo-op used outside of .def/.endef: ignored.
i386/start.S:66: Error: junk at end of line, first unrecognized character is `_'
make[1]: *** [Makefile:232: bin-i386/start.o] Error 1

I know that windows is not supported, but are there technical reasons for that? The FAQ, just says No.
