[Jetbrains Gateway] Plugin 'Magicento' requires plugin 'com.jetbrains.php' to be installed

Trying out Jetbrains new tool called "Gateway" and I wanted to try out Magicento. However I am greeting with this error message:

Plugin 'Magicento' requires plugin 'com.jetbrains.php' to be installed

Can this be fixed?
