Implement oAuth v2.0

In summary: oAuth 2.0 will allow users to login to Mapillary on the newest authorization API via the plugin. More details to come.

@enricofer please list some initial details if you have them and we can move into a Q&A. This is a proposed fix in collaboration with the Major League Hacking program.
