This is due to a major API break https://blog.mapillary.com/update/2021/06/23/getting-started-with-the-new-mapillary-api-v4.html In this moment I can't work to fix it. maybe in a next future.

I opened a QGIS issue ticket: qgis/QGIS#32507

I verified that in QGIS 3.11 nightly the issue is fixed. For some unkwown reasons the upstream fix has not been backported to release 3.10.1

There is a not supported API upgrade, at the moment the development is discontinued and the plugin is deprecated.
