Filenames when saving should be cleared from special characters and also sometimes has 2 spaces

First thank for the add-on. I am having problems with the filenames. I use incron to convert the markdown to another format for my zettelkasten. Incron cannot handle special characters very well. Also, markdown-clipper sometimes has 2 spaces between two words in a filename, which is pretty much a killer.

Would be cool if you could take a look into this.
