Meaning Erigon should never be able to finish downloading since they are not whitelisted torrent files. What if someone wants to use their own snapshots?

Well we still have the issue that sometimes downloader gets stuck at "Waiting for torrents metadata: 122/122" so maybe we should change it to that.

@AskAlexSharov PR #5075 should have solved the pruning problem

PS if you someone started syncing before my PR and stop erigon and try syncing again then it will show an error saying the prune flag has been changed.

So the EIP-1559 txn is not added into the tx pool at all if the txn has a gas price?

What does Erigon say when you send the legacy tx? It should be giving you an error code
