Pekko variant

Now that Akka is switching to the Business Source License I was wondering if you would be interested in maintaining a Pekko variant of the scheduler?

I'll raise a PR with an initial migration so you can have a look.

Hi @greenbird-chr,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and opening a PR. I don't plan on migrating this project to Pekko. However, if you decide to fork this repo as a pekko-quartz-scheduler, go for it. I can add a link to this repo pointing folks to the new one. Thoughts?
